Terms of Service

Ejarmate helps you find compatible roommates and discover available rental properties in Saudi Arabia. Roommate matching is based on the preferences you provide. Property listings are aggregated from Darak, a third-party rental data provider, and are shown for your convenience only.

Ejarmate does not provide brokerage services, does not handle rent payments or security deposits, and is not a licensed real estate broker or advertising platform. We do not verify, inspect, or guarantee any property, listing, or roommate profile.

Any rental agreement, tenancy contract, and compliance with Ejar or REGA regulations is solely between you and the property owner, advertiser, or roommate you connect with. Ejarmate is not a party to that agreement.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your profile and for keeping your login credentials confidential. One account per person; you may not create an account using someone else's identity.

When you connect with a matched roommate, Ejarmate shares limited contact details (such as a WhatsApp number) so you can continue the conversation directly. Once shared, that conversation and any resulting arrangement is between you and the other user — Ejarmate does not monitor, moderate, or take responsibility for it.

Don't use Ejarmate to harass others, post false information, or attempt to access other users' accounts or data. We may suspend or remove accounts that misuse the platform or the contact details of other users.

This is an early-stage pilot. Features, matching logic, and available cities may change or be temporarily unavailable as we test and improve the product.
